The on-site experience was very good. Hot and well-filled pizza. January 15, 2021 Online order: Pizza arrived cold. Maximum room temperature. The topping of the tuna pizza was so thin that in the end I only ate bread with a little tomato sauce. On the Hawaiian pizza there were mushrooms that you tried to cover with ham. Since nobody answered the phone to complain, you couldn't ask for a decent pizza. Your shop is closed. So you have all the time in the world to be able to prepare the pizzas properly. Do that too. When the corona stuff is finally over, I'll come back as an on-site guest, but you just can't go online.

The food was delicious and served quickly. The atmosphere was relaxed. In the meantime a loud background noise, but that's always the case. You could still talk and eat in peace. The pizza is really tasty and sufficient.

Food ok. What I find impossible, when reserving a table it was pointed out that we were max. 2 hours there. Eating in peace, having a drink afterwards, talking to friends is probably not desirable. We noticed then in the restaurant. The music was so loud it was impossible to entertain. This was definitely my last visit here.

Big pizza for a reasonable price. Every time a great visit, maybe for some people a little bit of a thin layer. But if you put more on it, the pizza would be too soft due to its size. Only 4 stars, as the location is generally very noisy!

The food was delicious, the prices are reasonable for the portions and the service is very friendly. A good central location right at the train station and a parking garage is only a 3-minute walk away. I like to come back in when I'm in Kiel and I'm hungry.

Pizza is so big I had to take it home with me. Very tasty and nice atmosphere. The only reason it doesn't have five stars is because they call themselves an Italian restaurant and they serve pineapple pizza.

Food was delivered quickly, big and tasty pizza, tasty wine. Up to here 5/5. Only the seat, directly at the exit, was very drafty. The music was too loud for my taste and the general ambience left a lot to be desired. In addition, the knife was more suitable for tearing than for cutting the pizza so it was blunted. Nothing where I would go with the family, but recommended for a nice meal for two and a sip of wine.

Food was good, but I found the waiting time to be asked for a drink way too long. You want to be welcomed as a guest and a standard drink like cola should be there within 5 minutes. I waited 15 minutes. Otherwise good price performance ratio.

We had a fly in the cappuccino and when we pointed it out, she said there was nothing we could do and it was our fault that we did not act quickly enough (at the next best possible opportunity). Positive: The pizza is amazingly big. The lemon iced tea is world class. Modern ambience. Negative: It is extremely loud in the restaurant (especially at rush hour). We could hardly talk. It's generally very tight. But the worst part is the tables that are way too small. The four of us sat at a table that barely fit one of the huge pizzas. Since we all ordered pizzas, they were lying on top of each other when they were cut and eaten.

Our table reservation by telephone the day before was lost, it can happen, and the crew gave us a table by the window despite the shop being full. Well improvised :) The pizzas are huge, the trademark of the chain, but they are only topped in the middle and the thin base is not baked until crispy, it stays wobbly. In terms of taste, they are absolutely nothing special. You can eat, but others can do that much better. Tip: If it says "piccante", it is not "spicy", but really, very hot! The shop is also extremely loud, and a conversation over the table is only possible at a higher volume. However, if we rated the dessert separately, it would get six stars. I could fool myself! Seldom spooned something delicious. It's a shame that the pizzas aren't in the same league.

Definitely to be recommended! I really enjoy going to L'Osteria, and the service is always friendly and has always tasted delicious. I also think there is something for vegans, and you will never go out hungry. Bit loud, but that's just because the shop is at the main station. Always great atmosphere, gladly again!

The pasta was nice. The staffs are friendly. It is only 2 mins walk from the Kiel train station.

Huge pizzas! Really huge! So big that you almost wish they were a bit smaller, but better occupied. The service was friendly, the shop a bit uncomfortable. But you can do it. :)

Great place to eat near the train station, it is few steps away from the Christmas market and the canal. Even though a little bit expensive the pizza is amazing!

Food "OK", service poor. Initially friendly but 20 minute wait to take my order while others were served around me. I ordered a glass of water, as well as wine, beer and Aperol Spritz. The water never arrived. No oil or vinegar offered, although I was able to borrow oil from the adjoining table. Ungracious service at several points during my visit. Very poor service!
